Quickly Attract Wealth (or Anything Else) With These Three Tips

18 06 2010

Most people become aware of the law of attraction and their thoughts immediately turn to riches. Makes sense, right? Wealth offers peace of mind and much freedom, why not ask for it from the abundance of the universe?

Being rich isn’t exactly the same as going to heaven, it’s not instant happiness. But ask anybody who’s been both rich and poor, and they will tell you that rich is definitely better.

Here are some tried and true methods to start up your innate ability to attract wealth.

First, negative thoughts along with negative people have to be banished from your life. You probably know that, according to the law of attraction, you must constantly visualize and focus on the positive outcomes you want for your life. When someone tries to get ahead, to start off in a positive direction, friends and family, strangers and acquaintances, will often jeer with words of discouragement. How do you deal with them?

These reactions are usually offered as a sign of love. These folks just don’t want to see you hurt or disappointed. Folks usually aren’t negative on purpose; perhaps they don’t understand what you already know; that it takes much faith, desire, and perseverance to be successful, to attract wealth.

Initially you should try to avoid these folks. Stay away from them at this most important part of your journey toward success. Surprisingly, you’ll probably find that once you get rolling the nay-sayers will stand aside.

Second, since the universe is there, and since it is so big, why not dream in a big way? Don’t play small. The world is pretty persistent in what it demands from you. Be as persistent in your demands. Set a goal and go for it. Being realistic is not a dream or a goal.

Think about it. It’s just as easy to set a “realistic” goal as it is to set a “far-fetched” goal. You’ve got lot more competition when you opt for “realistic goals”. Most people opt for those. Do you think Bill Gates had decided that his company would be a small, “realistic” company? Probably not. Everybody wants to get by with a decent job. We know how many of those dreams turned out – poorly.

Since you’re going to be playing in an infinite universe, don’t make your dreams finite. Would you rather have lots of dollars or lots of getting by?

Thirdly, actions speak loudly! However hard and sincere your thoughts might be, alone they’re not going to bring you wealth. Did you ever look at the odds on a lottery ticket? The odds are millions to one that you will hit the jackpot. About the same odds if you just sit around thinking about being rich.
